I bought this for my daughter's homestay, but I'm selling it now as I no longer need it. ◯ I've checked that it works with batteries. You can hear the audio through the earphone jack (tested and working). ◯ It was used for a short period, but there is some discoloration and scratches from long-term storage. Please check the photos. ◯ The battery cover doesn't close perfectly, but the cover won't come off naturally when batteries are inserted. ◯ Uses 2 AAA batteries (Batteries not included) ◯ Instruction manual included
