This is a Noblet bass clarinet, likely a lower-priced brand handled by Shimokura Gakki. It is being sold as junk due to its poor condition. It's a resin instrument from over 40 years ago. I received it 7-8 years ago, and Shimokura Gakki replaced faulty pads and made adjustments, so it could produce sound from top to bottom. However, about a year ago, I accidentally left it in a place without air conditioning. Currently, it produces sound from the lowest note up to the middle register's D, but not above that. This is likely due to a key linked to the octave key being raised. I believe it can be repaired, but I cannot guarantee that it will be fixed. The thumb rest screw is missing and is held in place with tape. It can probably be repaired if you have a matching screw. It doesn't have a peg, and I used it on a classical guitar footstool.
