(^_^) Thomas the Tank Engine Plarail Lady The connection between the vehicle and the axle is loose (see the arrow in the photo), and only the wheels spin while the axle is fixed. It was able to run on a flat surface, so I played with it as is without repairing it. There is a buzzing and grinding sound when the power is turned on. It's a type that is difficult for young children, where you have to lower the lever to remove the cover (to change the batteries). It works when batteries are inserted at the moment, but we cannot provide support for any issues after arrival. I have not disassembled and wiped it down. I am selling duplicates and unwanted items from my collection of Thomas the Tank Engine Plarail.
