This is a set of two ceramic plates featuring a traditional "ue-zuke" (overglaze) design of Kutani ware, with a Hokuriku Shinkansen (bullet train) design. It appears to be from the vehicle series by Toshiko Tada. The item has been kept in storage since a family member acquired it, and although it doesn't seem to have been used, there are some slight scratches on the blue painted areas.
