The spout was not used, so it is in almost new condition. The separately sold spout was used a few times. There are small scratches on the cup part, but it can still be used. ◾️Richell Cooling Cup Mug This item has small scratches and signs of use, and although it has been washed and disinfected, there is dirt on the underside of the silicone that cannot be removed by washing.
