I have confirmed that it works on a Game Boy Advance for this listing. There are some scratches and folds, but the instruction manual is also included. The internal battery is dead, but if you can replace the battery yourself, you should still be able to play it. (I have replaced the internal battery of another game before, and it was very easy.
