This is a polo shirt (from Take Yutaka's own brand) with a handwritten autograph, received directly from him at a JRA event about 15 years ago. The size is M. It has never been washed since I received it new, so please consider it for collection purposes only and refrain from wearing it. I have taken photos with strong light from above to show the condition as clearly as possible, but there are no noticeable stains.
