This item was purchased new almost 20 years ago. It's electric and climbs hills, entering the ETC lane. My child enjoyed playing with it very much. Since it was played with by a child, there are missing parts and scratches. Tomica cars are not included. There is no box or instruction manual. I didn't have the correct batteries at home, so I haven't been able to confirm that it works. Please be aware of this. This is an old item stored at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a pristine item.
