I purchased it at a shop called Chisa in Kita-Sando for ¥80,000. 【Size】 Diameter: Approximately 13cm Height: Approximately 6.8cm It's made using the "hand-blown glass" technique, shaping glass flower-patterned parts called "murrine," which is also a technique of Italian folk art glass, into a bowl shape. It is one of a kind. It's lovely as a cold tea bowl, tea bowl, centerpiece, or interior decoration, or even as a salad bowl or fruit bowl. Made by Formentello Eli Vetri D’Arts, a Venetian glass workshop on Murano Island. It comes with the manufacturer's sticker, and the workshop's name is engraved on the bottom (the sticker has some scratches). Venetian yellow, typical of antiques. It's a lovely bowl with a bold color. Condition: There is a burnt-like mark in the center, like a pontil mark. This is a trace indicating that it is a "handicraft" and not mass-produced. The small bowl itself is an unused item that has been stored. The workshop sticker shows signs of deterioration due to aging.
