This is a tuning key necklace I received as a gift. The design doesn't suit my taste, and it has deteriorated without me ever wearing it. Regarding its function as a tuning key, it was sometimes difficult to fit depending on the bolt size. It might be usable if the inside is filed down and adjusted, but considering the metal material, I recommend using it as an accessory only.
