The zipper pulls are large and the zippers are very smooth and easy to open. There is one zippered storage pocket on the front. The main compartment has a monogrammed interior, with two small pockets on the front side, and a zippered pocket on the back side, which is divided into two sections. The cushion on the right shoulder strap is worn and uneven. Although there is a slight issue with the shoulder strap, it is a very good backpack.
