I purchased this online from H&M two years ago. I bought it two years ago to wear to an event, but I got a fever on the day of the event and couldn't wear it. I wore it once last year, before Christmas, when I went out. I only went to the theater, so I think it's in good condition. The skirt has a different length in the front and back, which is cute. The back is fastened with two Velcro closures. It's a Japanese size 100-110cm, but I think it would be a good fit for a child around 100cm. Originally, the chest area didn't have any decorations, so it looked a bit plain. I bought some hair ties from a 100-yen shop and sewed them on as pompoms. (Photos 4, 5, and 6) So the colors are slightly different, but you probably wouldn't notice unless you looked closely. The sewing is a bit rough...
