These hair ornaments were purchased last year from "Jusanya" in Kyoto. The tsumami-zaiku kanzashi (hairpin) has silver "bira" (dangling metal pieces), and the colors are cute, so I think they would also be suitable for Shichi-Go-San (a traditional Japanese festival for children). Both are unused, but I removed them from the backing card for the photos. I will remove them from the box and wrap the backing card in vinyl before sending them via Takkyubin Compact (a type of express delivery service).
