This is a Mammy Roo diaper pouch. It also comes with a Velcro strap to hold the changing sheet. I purchased it new and unused on Mercari. I only used the changing sheet, so the diaper pouch and Velcro strap are unused. They are new and unused. The changing sheet is not included. Only the pouch and strap are included.
