This is a round bowl from Richard Ginori, a famous Italian porcelain manufacturer, from their iconic "Vecchio White" series. "Vecchio" means "old" in Italian, and the series is characterized by its elegant baroque-style relief (embossed pattern) that dates back to the 18th century, along with its undulating, curved edges. This deep dish can be widely used as a salad bowl, fruit bowl, or serving bowl for simmered dishes.
