The photo shows a slow rotation, but the light becomes stronger as the speed increases. As shown in the fourth photo, the digital counter for the number of rotations is not working because the battery is dead. (The spinning itself works fine.) You can train your wrists while having fun, regardless of location. Spinning it while watching TV or listening to music can also relieve stress! It's great for basic training in various sports like baseball, golf, and tennis. By controlling the centrifugal force of the high-speed spinning ball, you can train your wrists, fingers, forearms, and grip strength.
