This item was created by deconstructing, washing, and ironing a genuine Oshima Tsumugi kimono. This kimono still had its basting stitches. There was a tear in the sleeve when it was taken apart, but it had a certification tag. It was in very beautiful condition. (Images 7 and 8) It has a back opening and is finished with fabric-covered buttons made from the same material. Elastic is inserted in the cuffs. It has been made into a lovely A-line dress!
