Around 1920. A piece by Georges Chevalier. This is a Golf Juan model with an olive leaf motif. It was named after the town of Golf Juan, located between Cannes and Antibes on the French Riviera. It is said that Golf Juan is known for its olives. The delicate olive leaves are depicted with acid etching. It can be used as a candy dish, trinket box, or accessory case. The design blends in not only with Western atmospheres but also with Japanese ones.
