This is a very pretty and cute light blue petticoat. The shiny fabric sparkles and looks adorable. I bought it a few years ago and used it twice as part of a costume. After that, I stored it in a dark place. The second photo shows what it looks like when worn. Please use it as a reference for the length. I will fold it up and ship it.
