I bought this a long time ago and used it for several years, but it's been sitting in a drawer ever since. It says "4-band," but I don't think you can listen to TV because of the digital terrestrial broadcasting conversion. I put batteries in it for this listing, and the power turned on, but I haven't confirmed anything beyond that. It's an old item. I can't guarantee it works. There are no instructions or accessories, and batteries are not included. I may change the shipping method to Yu-Pack Mercari.
