There is no box. Only what is shown in the photos. Used for six months. The paint on the right side is slightly chipped due to rubbing on the right ring finger (see image 5). Otherwise, I think there are no noticeable stains. The mouse feet have been replaced with corepad ones. I have one sheet remaining, and I will include it. Cleaned with a disinfectant wipe.
