The color is, I think, somewhere between navy, gray, and black. The photos came out a bit lighter, but it's a bit darker in reality. There's also a drawstring at the waist. Inseam: 73 Waist (laid flat): 44 approximately. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about details.
