The collar is decorated with lace, beads, and a black ribbon. The cuffs are made of cotton with the same pattern as the skirt, creating an accent. The back is fully open with Velcro. ♡ Skirt ♡ Made from monotone dot-patterned cotton. The waist uses red cotton. The hem of the skirt is adorned with light black chiffon lace. To highlight the cuteness of the fabric, I've sewn with transparent sewing thread. There are some areas where I've used glue to prevent fraying.
