This is a Santa Fe from the Tri-layered series released by Scotty Cameron in 1997. It features a carbon steel head with a gun blue finish and a Trellium face made with a blend of 12 different metals for a softer feel. The grip has been replaced. There are some scratches on the sole toe side and some minor rust, but there are no noticeable large scratches or rust for its age. This is just my personal opinion, but I think it's in very good condition for its age. However, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about scratches, as it is a used item.
