There is a slight dent in the flame lettering. The black marks on the eyebrows are not dirt and can be removed upon opening (see photo 3). Otherwise, I don't think there are any noticeable scratches overall, but please check the photos and only purchase if you understand. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about initial scratches, etc.
