This item was received over a decade ago and is unused. The box is stained, so it is not recommended for those who are concerned about such things. This is a set of two with different colors and patterns. They are hand-painted with cute designs! It seems to be a sake vessel (tea set) designed to keep the temperature of sake (tea) in the bottle by putting hot water (or ice) in the outer vessel. They are made of bone china and I think they were also called wine coolers, but I have lost the instruction manual/warranty and am not sure. Please understand. It also seems to be usable for mini vases, etc. There are differences in the patterns and engravings of the two types. Although they are unused, both outer boxes have stains overall. Some are shown in the images, but they are not fully captured.
