These are Champion track pants. They are designed with a slightly shorter length. I used to wear them with patterned socks for casual wear. They can also be worn for sports, but the inside isn't brushed, though the material is a little warm. As shown in the fifth photo, there is a stain around the knee. I don't think there are any other noticeable scratches, but please understand that this is based on a personal assessment.
