This is a simple cowbell. The size is 12.5cm in total length for the bell itself, excluding the mounting part for the stand, and the maximum opening is about 58mm in inner diameter. It's a relatively compact cowbell that's easy to incorporate into a drum set. There is a "JAPAN" stamp on the back, so although there is no maker's mark, it is probably an older Pearl cowbell.
