This is a kimono by Saito Sansai. Bamboo leaf design, gold thread, pure silk. The attention to detail in each leaf is so exquisite that my camera cannot capture it. Beautiful. The lining and hakeme (underskirt) are also carefully chosen, as shown in photos 4 and 5. Matching custom-made fukuro obi (belt) in photo 8.
