I believe this is a ticket issued in Showa 20 (1945). It seems to be 3.5 yen for both August and October. Is it a commutation ticket or a season ticket? I don't know if it's for a train or a bus. (I couldn't find any information even after searching.) I think it's quite rare as it's from right after the end of the war.
