I purchased this about two years ago when I developed a herniated disc from weight training and overdoing it with manhole cover lifting. It's breathable and thin, making it easy to move around without it getting in the way. Ultimately, I was told that using a support for a herniated disc wasn't good because it weakens the muscles, so I only used it a few times and then left it unused. It's recommended for mild lower back pain or when you want to temporarily reduce the strain on your lower back. The condition is good as I haven't used it much, but there is some slight discoloration of the fabric due to aging. Thank you for your consideration.
