This is a set of the Dream Garland and the charms to attach to the garland, which were released for the 40th anniversary of Tokyo Disney Resort. I only attached it to my bag a few times when I went to the park back then, so I don't think there are any major stains or damage. However, please only purchase this if you understand that it is a used item.
