I haven't been able to confirm startup because I don't have an operating environment. Please understand that there may be age-related changes due to long-term storage at home. I've listed it as "has some scratches and dirt," but in my personal opinion, the condition is a bit better than that. This is a used item, so if you are looking for something like new, or if you have any concerns about the product, please refrain from purchasing. I will not offer a discount.
