This is a SIGMA 15mm F2.8 D EX FISHEYE lens for Nikon F mount. There are no noticeable scratches on the lens, but some minor dust particles can be seen. This did not affect the image quality. I used it outdoors for shooting about 1-2 times after purchase, and then stored it in a dehumidified storage box. Non-smoking environment, no pets. I do not own an F-mount camera, so the AF operation has not been confirmed. I purchased it as a beautiful item.
