【Limited Time Sale】 This is an orange ofuku-gake, a type of head covering used in Japanese hair styling, featuring a cute floral pattern made from Nishijin-ori fabric from Kyoto. It's used for the ofuku hairstyle worn by older maiko (apprentice geisha). (I'm also selling a silver hirauchi comb from the now-closed Ikuokaya, so please take a look if you're interested). I also sell ofuku-gake for stage performances, but this one is about the same size as those used by maiko. The ties are loosely tied so you can adjust them to fit your wig or Japanese hairstyle.
