These are Mini-Z and a transmitter. After a long storage period (about 15 years), they worked fine when I put in batteries, but stopped working while I was playing with them. The tires seem to move left and right, so it seems like communication is working. The tires on the transmitter are also sticky due to hydrolysis. They are being sold as junk. Returns are not accepted.
