The fabric is high-quality Hitokoshi Chirimmen, with a supple texture. ＜Important Intangible Cultural Property, Living National Treasure, Yujiro Nakamura＞ Born September 20, 1902. Studied under his father, Kanematsu. In 1954, he became the chairman of the Ise Katagami Carving Association in Shiroko-cho, Mie Prefecture. In 1955, he was designated a Living National Treasure for his Ise Katagami tool carving. From 1963, he served as a lecturer for training successors. Died October 20, 1985, at the age of 83.
