I think it might come out with spot cleaning using a neutral detergent like Nanox, but there is a possibility it won't come out, so please consider this only if you understand. Since it's a vest, it might be okay to go up 1-2 sizes. Therefore, although it's 12ans, I've selected size 130. It's quite fluffy, so I will compress it for shipping.
