This is a Barbie mermaid design toothbrush. I purchased it from an overseas import site. It has been carefully stored, unused and unopened. With its lovely design, it's recommended for collections or as a gift. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details of the packaging due to it being an overseas product.
