This is the genuine tuner and remote control for the Toshiba high-definition model "CELL REGZA" 46XE2. It was used normally for about 3 years, but has not been used since the tuner broke down. The tuner does not power on and the lamp does not light up, so it is **defective (sold as junk)**. The remote control is genuine, but the battery cover on the bottom is missing. This is not defective. There are no major scratches or damage to the exterior, but upon close inspection, there are very small scratches and minor marks from use. These are not noticeable during use. B-CAS card included. Please purchase only if you understand and agree to the tuner being defective and the remote control cover being missing.
