Gyuto knife, blade length 17.6cm, 147g. The spine is about 2.4mm thick near the top of the heel. It's engraved with "Toyokiku," which seems to be an older brand. I can only find it on the used market. It's a Hon-Warikomi knife, but the sandwiched steel is not stainless steel. You need to be careful about rust on the blade tip. Because it's a type with thickness towards the tip, I roughly thinned about 1cm of the blade tip. Although there's a sense of wear on both the blade and the handle, there are no gaps, and it seems like it will still be usable for a while. I sharpened it well, put an edge on it, and polished it.
