This is a raincoat called "Ryo Amenohi" from the Japanese outdoor brand AXESQUIN. The fabric uses PERTEX SHIELD, which has excellent waterproof and breathable properties. It's a high-performance material that is lightweight, waterproof, and windproof, while also providing moderate breathability. I purchased it about 3 years ago and used it 2 or 3 times, but it's been washed and well-cared for, so it's in good condition. There's a thumbhole on the cuffs, but the one on the right sleeve has come off, likely snagged on something. Someone skilled in sewing might be able to fix it themselves. I am a male, 169cm tall and 60kg, and the hem length reaches about my knees. It was the perfect size for keeping the rain out, not too big and not too small. Other than the missing thumbhole, the overall condition is good, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
