I purchased this from Premium Bandai when it was first released. I played with it once. Operation has been confirmed. There are minor scratches on the O Scanner reading surface due to wear. The surface film has not been removed. I believe there are no other scratches on the belt, etc. The box is partially folded, but it was like that from the time of purchase.
