This is an outfit inspired by Vanellope. The hoodie strings and design are hand-sewn. The hoodie and skirt are size 2-3Y. Please check the images. The leggings are 100cm. They were too long, so I sewed them, but when I unpicked the stitching, there was some pilling. A hair accessory is included as a bonus. I think it would be cute to wear when going to Disney, etc.
