This is Kowa's Kero-chan doll. I received it when I was a child, so it's over 20 years old. It has been stored in a dark place. It's an old item, but it's in good condition with no noticeable scratches or stains. The arms can be moved. Also, the clothes can be put on and taken off with the button on the back. It's a beautiful item, but please understand that it is a used item before purchasing.
