As shown in the photos, it fits my alto saxophone's Yanagisawa metal mouthpiece (Yana-meta) perfectly. Therefore, it likely fits slim metal mouthpieces. I believe it should also fit Otto Link, Gottsu, Dukoff, Theo Wanne, and other mouthpieces of similar slimness to the Yana-meta.
