This is something I used for six years in elementary school. It's a sturdy item, so I've kept it stored at home since then. This is a disaster prevention hood, which I used as a cushion on the back of my school chair. I practiced evacuating by putting it on my head during evacuation drills, which were held about once a year. The disaster prevention hood has small scratches and dirt on the surface, and some light stains on the inside, so I washed it before listing it. The elastic is a little stretched out. The cover has some fading, but I think it will still be usable. I've erased the names written on both the cover and the hood with a marker. Please understand that this is a used, home-stored item, and consider purchasing it if you are okay with that.
