My father used this, so I'm not sure of the condition of the contents, but I flipped through it and didn't find any major stains or tears. I haven't checked it perfectly, so there might be some stains or tears that I missed. Therefore, I'm offering it slightly cheaper than others. No claims and no returns, please.
