Length is about 84 cm, width is about 48 cm. It looks like a bright navy blue in the photo, but the actual color is dark navy blue. It's a size M, but the waist has elastic, so even those who usually wear size L can wear it comfortably. I bought it at Index and only wore it once for a wedding. It's made of sturdy fabric, so I think it's recommended for the coming season.
