The clip can be removed. This mechanical pencil uses a particularly fine piece of Siamese Rosewood, but it rarely gets used in my pen case, so I'm offering it for sale to someone who will appreciate it. It's lighter than a Nohara Kogei pen and thinner than a Koubou Setsuri pen, making it easy to handle. The streamlined shape is very easy to grip and can be a great asset for everyday work or study.
